Prerequisites & Formalities for Employers
To ensure a smooth and legally compliant recruitment process, IRESCO follows a structured approach aligned with government regulations and international hiring standards. We assist employers at every step, making the process secure, transparent, and efficient.
Employers are required to provide essential documentation to initiate recruitment activities. A Power of Attorney must be issued in favor of IRESCO, authorizing us to act on behalf of the employer and carry out recruitment procedures in accordance with Pakistani laws. This document ensures authenticity and builds trust throughout the hiring process.
Additionally, a Consul Letter addressed to the relevant embassy is required to authorize IRESCO for visa processing and stamping formalities. This step enables us to manage all immigration-related procedures smoothly and efficiently.
Employers must also provide a detailed Demand Letter, outlining job roles, required staff, salaries, and employment terms. This document helps us coordinate with government authorities and ensures clarity for both parties.
In certain cases, additional documents such as employment contracts or job offers may be required to complete the process effectively.

After a candidate being successfully shortlisted for relevant position, we forward their resume to concerned HR manager of our client for further review and approval. Client then approve and schedule job interview of relevant candidates either face to face at our office, through telephonic call or via online video conference.
Our visa consultants will initiate visa process for selected candidates. We Provide candidates with complete guide and support them in best manner during the process as it is quit complicated procedure which involve Medical test, Biometric, Qualification attestation and immigration formalities.

Once we receive candidate’s work visa from concerned authorities, we then initiate ticketing process and finalize all governmental formalities to ensure that the candidate can travel and join their employer.
